Synopsis
En pleine balade dans Hoenn, Sacha (Satoshi) et ses amis découvrent un magnifique château où a lieu un tournoi Pokémon, puis un bal costumé.
Après avoir remporté brillamment le tournoi grâce à son Pikachu, Sacha gagne un sceptre aux propriétés magiques : en effet, elle renferme Lucario, un Pokémon vieux de dizaines d'années, qui y a été enfermé par son précédent maître.
Lucario réussit à s'échapper du sceptre, et confie à Sacha une bien étrange mission qu'il est le seul à pouvoir accomplir : retrouver l'ancien maître de Lucario, tout en sauvant un immense et vieil arbre qui est menacé par un danger inconnu !
